SHIPPING INFO & POLICY

Ships from USA- Washington State
Our current turn around time for packaging retail orders is 1-2 business days.
When preorder fabric arrives, our shipping time is 5 business days.
When preorder bulk hardware comes in, our shipping time is 5 business days.
Fabric will come wrapped in some sort of protection, a polymailer or plastic, all other items will come in a padded flat rate envelope.
Orders weighing less than 1lb will be shipping via USPS first class mail.
All other orders will be shipping with either a PFRPE or a box.
My padded mailers are made from repurposed mailers from my community , as well as the boxes used.

Once our fabric and bulk hardware preorders are submitted, no change can be made.
All sales are final. If there is a flaw on the fabric ( larger than the size of a nickel) or retail item you purchased please email us at renmaedesigns@gmail.com with photos of the flaw and we will do what we can to make it right.
